SUNGLASS RETURNS

Sunglasses may be returned for credit with original receipt for purchase for up to three days following the purchase. The sunglasses will be accepted for return after inspection by dispensary staff, and must be in new condition in order to be accepted for return.

RETURN POLICY ON CONTACT LENSES

Total Care Patients
We have a full return policy for our current Total Care patients. We will exchange powers on any contacts that are in sealed, unmarked packs. If it is a cancellation of the policy, we will give a money back guarantee on any product that is in its original condition. Any promotional or free product must also be in its original condition. If the product is not in it’s original condition, we will refund at our own discretion.

Disposable Contact Lenses
We have a 30-day money back guarantee on all disposable contact lenses. We will refund the price of all contacts, as long as the packages are unopened, unmarked and in their original condition.

Conventional Stock and Custom Order Contacts
We have a 30-day money back warranty on all conventional contacts. We must receive all products back within 30 days of the final fitting.
